Christy Landwehr is CEO of the Certified Horsemanship Association – the organization established to promote safety and education throughout the entire horse industry by certifying instructors, accrediting equine facilities, producing educational conferences, and publishing educational resources through a variety of media. While building a great community of riders and instructors, and keeping it fun!

As the former horse-crazy kid of non-equestrian parents… as the parent of a horse-crazy kid… as a professional horse-woman… and as the author of a book (A Parent’s Guide to Riding Lessons) that’s focused on helping parents support their child’s interest in riding – while keeping them safe – CHA pretty much checks all the boxes for me, which is just one reason I’m delighted to be having this conversation.
