Experienced rancher and former undercover narcotics agent, Randy Helm now runs the Wild Horse Inmate Program at the Arizona State Penitentiary in Florence, Arizona. Through this program each year, 150 wild mustangs that might have spent their lives in long-term BLM holding pens are gentled by inmates -- providing both with a shot at new lives.
